| Typically, you will receive a link to an .exe file which will allow you to immediately download your software. Just click on the link to download the software. You can also go to your Diskeeper Account page on our site to download your software anytime.
You will also receive either a Product Activation Key or a Product License file. Undelete products do not use Activation and will install as a full product when purchased.
If you have a Product Activation Key:
Trialware users:
If you previously installed Diskeeper trialware and have now purchased the software, you do not need to uninstall your software, if you have a Product Activation Key. For instructions, see “Can I turn my trialware info a full version without reinstalling?” for details.
New purchases:
If you are installing Diskeeper for the first time, you may be prompted to enter a Product Activation Key during installation. If you are, use the key provided in your purchase receipt or check your Diskeeper Account for your key.
If you do NOT have a Product Activation Key:
If you do not see a Product Activation Key listed in your Diskeeper Account for the product in question, you should not need to manually enter a key because the software has the license file built into the software. In some cases, security software such as Antivirus or Firewalls can block the Diskeeper license file from being found and your purchased software may be replaced with trialware. To resolve this, simply uninstall the trialware and turn off your Anti-virus software or Firewall. Next, go to your Diskeeper Account and re-download your software. This should resolve the issue. Then turn your Antivirus or Firewall back on and install your software. If you are still showing trialware please submit a support request and we will be happy to help you further.
If you are asked for an activation key, it is possible that your Antivirus software or Firewall blocked the Diskeeper license file from being found and your purchased software may be replaced with trialware. To resolve this, simply uninstall the trialware and turn off your Anti-virus software or Firewall. Next, go to your Diskeeper Account and re-download your software. This should resolve the issue. Then turn your Antivirus or Firewall back on.
