Tech Support
Diskeeper's tech support is some of the best in the industry. We offer phone support and an easy to read informative on-line support site.
Our highly trained technical support staff is available to help you with your customer's support issues. We offer free phone tech support on all volume license purchases over 5 servers and 20 desktops. Our support specialists are manning the phones from 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST. For tech support issues with your customers that have a support maintenance agreement our support personnel can be paged 24 hours a day. We also offer quick turn around e-mail service for non volume license support.
Diskeeper Corporation also heavily promotes our new network of support partners, pushing customers to get support from our channel partners in their local area.
