E Commerce Manager/Director

Skills: E-commerce, management, web optimization, analytics, channel sales

Description: This is a leadership position, requiring previous experience as a manager who can motivate his team to get production rolling. Must have some marketing experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • •   Responsible for all online and channel sales of our products.
  • •   Ensures regular monitoring of key pipeline analytics such as Inquiries, Website Visitors, etc.
  • •   Ensures the conversion ratio of visitors to sales is increasing.

Principal Software Engineer

Windows Excellent position in our Software Development Division for a very experienced architect, designer and developer on the Windows OS platform, with expertise in C++/C#/.Net. You will be part of our elite corps of Windows Principal Senior Software Engineers which has responsibility for maintaining high standards for architecture and design of our products. In addition you will review product team code, and assist in the correction and mentoring of senior software engineers and software engineers. The Principal Software Engineer also solves technical issues that can’t be solved by more junior engineers, and this position can involve hands-on development when necessary. INSIDE SALES REP

Our Inside Sales Reps support our senior level Corporate Sales Reps in selling our cutting edge software products to their assigned territory. You will be following up with prospects and customers who have shown interest in our products via telephone and email. All leads are warm leads and there is no cold calling. In addition to selling, you will help your Corporate Rep by handling sales support duties such as updating customer records in our data base, sending out email blasts to customers, handling sales quotes, orders, requests for information, etc.

Opportunity for advancement is considered based on long range proven production. Several of our Corporate Reps have been promoted from Inside Sales Rep and are now top salesmen in their field earning six figure incomes.

Salary is base plus commission paid weekly along with a standard benefits package.

Customers include consumers, small business and enterprise. This is a very stable company that has been in business over 25 years. Excellent position for an experienced Sales Engineer. Diskeeper Corporation is looking for a Sales Engineer with a proven track record of assisting the sales team with technical strategies, tactics, presentations, demonstrations & solutions resulting in excellent sales growth. The Sales Engineer works closely with each of our Corporate Sales Rep, the Director of North America Volume License Sales and the VP of Sales to develop an account strategy and is accountable for all technical issues during a pre-sales engagement with potential customers. The scope of travel really depends on the territories of the Sales Reps. Most of the travel occurs Monday - Friday but occasionally travel may be required over the weekend. Frequent destinations are NY, Washington, D.C., FL, TX, IL, IA, WA, CO, and CA (including trips that are close enough to drive to). Most of the travel is domestic (90% domestic, 10% international), but once or twice a year there may be trips to Japan, Australia, Singapore, or the UK to provide pre-sales support to our international business partners.

Duties:

Director of Customer Marketing

The Director of Customer Marketing is in charge of promoting to Diskeeper Corporation’s customer database to enable sales reps to close customers on purchasing software licenses for their entire site. The Director of Customer Marketing may supervise subordinates, depending on staffing needs.

The Director of Customer Marketing creates plans, programs and marketing campaigns to promote to the customer database (corporate customers who have purchased products previously) and ensures that these plans, programs and campaigns are carried out on time.

The Director of Customer Marketing ensures that all promotional material created is side checked for accuracy and effectiveness, coordinates actions to be accomplished by the department on a weekly basis and reports the progress of these up to the head of the Sales Division.

The Director of Customer Marketing may be required to write copy for, design and create marketing pieces. Knowledge of design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator, Front Page, Power Point, Excel, Word, and PDF is needed.

The Director of Customer Marketing creates or oversees the creation of any purchase order requests for funding in the department, plans content for the monthly company customer magazine and sees that the magazine is created and gotten out on time and on budget.

The Director of Customer Marketing coordinates with other divisions and departments to obtain market research, marketing materials and surveys (or carries this out personally as needed) to incorporate into promotion and may be required to do site visits, interview customers, and other duties assigned to accomplish the objectives of the customer marketing department.

Proven successful marketing experience is required.
