BACKGROUND: This test took 17 minutes. Knowing that no one would sit for this long, the first boot up is live, in real time. The remaining boot ups are shown in a speeded time lapse (clearly indicated, but never removing the camera).

The idea is to show you how HyperBoot optimizes the boot up process, each time around, getting faster and faster in subsequent boots. If you watch closely, even the shutdown or "boot down" times are notably speeded up. This technology is currently being licensed to global OEMs by Diskeeper Corporation.
